- Pepper Sprays cannot be shipped outside the continental US, which includes Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories.
- Pepper Sprays cannot be shipped by any method other than GROUND.
- Pepper Sprays, or any type of weapon, including stun devices, knives and batons, cannot be shipped outside the United States (including its territories.) We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for shipping.

- Pepper Sprays CANNOT be shipped to New York or Massachusettes.
- Animal Repellent Sprays can be shipped to Wisconsin, Michigan and New York. This includes Mace Muzzle dog repeller, Mace Bear Spray and Guard Alaska Bear Spray.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
New York: New York residents may only purchase defense sprays from licensed Firearms Dealers or licensed Pharmacists in that state.
Massachusetts: Massachusetts residents may only purchase defense sprays from licensed Firearms Dealers in that state.
Michigan: OC Pepper spray can be no stronger then a 2% concentrate (Different companies can sell different concentrations.) CS is the only Tear Gas accepted and can be no larger then 35 grams per can. No combination spray allowed. GO HERE to see our Michigan approved sprays.
Wisconsin: Tear gas is not permissible. By regulation, OC products with a maximum OC concentration of 10% and weight range of oleoresin of capsicum and inert ingredients of 15-60 grams are authorized. This is 1/2 oz. and 2 oz. spray. Further, the product cannot be camouflaged, and must have a safety feature designed to prevent accidental discharge. The units may not have an effective range of over 20 feet and must have an effective range of six feet. In addition there are certain labeling and packaging requirements: must state cannot sell to anyone under 18 and the phone number of the manufacturer has to be on the label. The units must also be sold in sealed tamper-proof packages.
NOTE: Pepper Spray is legal in all 50 states, however a number of cities and states have restrictions on sizes, strengths, etc.. If you have a question, it is wise to check with you local city or state attorneys office. Defense sprays should only be purchased by those 18 years of age or older. The above list may not be totally accurate or complete and Security-Pro-Tech accepts no responsibility for its accuracy or completeness.
If an order is placed for an item(s) that is restricted by your State or City we will automatically deduct the item from your order and credit you for the item. We will then ship the remainder of the order if other non restricted items are part of the order.

If you are unsure, please contact your local or state authorities. By placing an order, the buyer represents that all products purchased will be used in a lawful manner and that he/she is of legal age 18 years or older. We do not sell our products to minors.
SHIPPING: We make ever effort to ship all United States orders the same day or within *24 - 48 business hours this excludes holidays and weekends via UPS Ground, or the best way at our discretion.
Ebay, we do sell on eBay from time to time. All items purchased through us on eBay are subject to the policies set forth on particular auctions or the store policies specified on eBay and may differ from those policies set forth here. If you are bidding on our eBay items please read the policies set forth there before bidding or purchasing and item.
Please provide a physical address and not a PO Box or A.P.O. Box for the shipping address. UPS can not deliver to a PO Box or A.P.O. Box. Security-Pro-Tech ships most orders using UPS, however we will ship using the best way at our discretion when necessary. We try to provide our customers with quality shipping services, tracking of packages, and ensured delivery.
*Orders received by 4pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, will try and ship the same day or within 24 hours. Orders received after that time, or on weekends, will ship the following business day.
For money order or check orders, please be sure to add the appropriate shipping costs (if applicable).
If you are mailing your payment in, print an extra copy of your order to send.
Back Orders: Our order and ship fulfillment rate is 99%. Due to unforseen reasons we may occasionally have an item out of stock and backordered. In this case we will process your order and if the delay will be more than two weeks we will notify you of the delay.
Out of Stock Items: We reserve the right to substitute a similar item of equal or greater value on out of stock items in order to expidite orders at no extra cost to the customer.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: SECURITY-PRO-TECH does NOT ship outside the United States.
