we will offer your a replacement, or a refund.

Please contact us before returning any items, we will supply you with a return authorization number for tracking purposes. We HIGHLY recommend sending your package back to us with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION. This is mostly for your protection. If you return an item to us, and we don't receive it, we will not be responsible for replacement or refunds!

Programming Instruction Guarantee

We guarantee that our programming instructions do work or your money back, as long as your vehicle is equipped with keyless entry, your remote is functional. In the event that you are unable to program your remote, will we trouble shoot your vehicle via email to determine what the problem is, if we find that the instructions we provided are wrong we will provide you with the correct instructions. We do not give refunds if your remote is not working, or your vehicle is not equipped with keyless entry. If we provided the remote and find that it does not work we will replace the remote upon return of the one we sent you.

*If your vehicle requires that you have to take the remote to a dealer or locksmith, programming the remote at their cost is up to you we do not pay for you to program your remote to your car!
