Over the last year, we have had more vehicle owners searching to find an alternative

to the high price their local dealer was charging for a new remote and to have programmed.

Most dealers are charging $80+ for each remote and $50+ to have it programmed.

This is why we have expanded onto the web to provide the CUSTOMER as LOW COST alternative than the dealer!

We are able to provide such low priced remotes as our remotes are new and used. Rest assured, all our remotes have to pass a stringent inspection and pass several tests to be considered to be on our website and shipped to you.

We inspect all remotes to insure no cracked cases, worn buttons, heavy scratches. We also check the battery strength, replace if necessary and we check that the remote is transmitting on the right frequency that it is designed.

We also clean and sanitize each used remote. All remotes come with a key ring.

We offer special savings coupons from time to time. In order to receive these discounts, you most input these codes at CHECKOUT. Orders that do not put this code in, are not eligible for this discount. Previous orders are not eligible for this discount.

If you are not happy with your remote, we will give you a replacement at no extra charge,

or a full refund for your purchase (less shipping & handling).

*** PLEASE NOTE: We will only issue replacements, once we have received the original remote that we shipped you. Returns / defective items over 30 days are responsible for $4.95 shipping & handling fee

If you purchased the wrong remote for your vehicle, we will issue a refund, but there is a 10% restocking charge.

This is why it is important to verify the correct remote for your vehicle before purchasing.

Payments:

We accept VISA, Master card, AMEX, Discover, Paypal and personal check.

If you pay by personal check: Your purchase will not be shipped until the check clears our bank.

Usually takes 7 business days.

If you pay with Paypal, we will only to ship to your address on file with PayPal.

If you pay by credit card, it will say Marci Anderson on the statement.

We offer a 6 month warranty on all products and a 30 day no questions asked return policy, unless other wise stated.

In the event you wish to return an item for a replacement or a refund, you must return the original item we sent you BEFORE we will sent you a replacement or a refund. We highly recommend using delivery confirmation when shipping any product back to us.

Shipping & Handling is NOT refundable.

We will promptly address and solve the problem.

Refunds take up to 1 week to complete.
