Privacy Policy
On Wings & A Prayer is committed to protecting your rights to Privacy. We will never share, sell or rent any private information with 3rd parties or disclose information pertaining to our clients transactions.
You can rest assure that all information collected is for the sole purpose of processing orders and, if desired, to receive future product information/ promotions to registered users.

Pay Pal is our source of payments received and is a very safe and secure site to use governed by the Providian Privacy Policy. For more information on Pay Pal’s privacy policies feel free to go to www.paypal.com and read their policy protection policy.
Payments
On Wings & A Prayer accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Debit Card, and echeck payments via Pay Pal. You will be presented with this option at checkout.
Orders with payment made through Pay Pal will process within 3-5 business days of receipt of payment. Payments not received within 7 business days of order are subject to cancellation of order. If in the case payment was received after the 7 day period, OWAAP cannot be responsible for items sold or out of stock. If in the case of out of stock items, payment will be refunded within 7 business days of order.
Shipping
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-5 business days, depending upon Pay Pal payment confirmation or clear date of echeck payment. (Excluding Holidays and Weekends) Orders placed during the peak Holiday Season (November 21 thru January 3) may take up to 7 days for processing.
OWAAP will ship to Canada and Mexico. Understand that international shipping rates will vary and will require us to send you a new invoice via Pay Pal. We recommend you contact us for international shipping rates so that there is no confusion as to the rate that will be charged. There will be a $5.00 processing fee to Canada & Mexico and there are no guarantees on orders outside of the Continental United States.
For shipping within the Continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii, the rates are calculated and shipped USPS priority mail and parcel post. These options will be presented to you at time of checkout. (We use priority mail or parcel post so that the item can easily be traced in the event of non-delivery.)
Returns
All refunds or partial refunds made to OWAAP will be processed using Pay Pal. Email address will be required for refund option. Any refund amount will be issued to the person or company stated on the Billed to portion of the invoice only. Refunds for sold and out of stock items are usually processed within 24-48 hours of notice. Refunds for returned items are normally processed within 20 days of receiving the item with an RA#. Yes, returns will require an RA#. (return authorization number) This RA# can be obtained by simply contacting us and giving us all the details of the item(s) being returned. Specific instructions are listed in the section to follow.
Refunds & Refusals
To return an item contact must be made within 10 days of shipping date of order. Returns must acquire an RA# (return authorization #) from our returns department and then shipped back with all original packaging (including: warranties, certificates, shrink wrap still on items such as books, CD’s, etc.). Your refund will be for the product purchase amount minus the original cost of shipping and any restocking fee’s that may apply. (some seasonal items may not be eligible for returns after the holiday is over) Items must be received in our office no later than 20 days from the original shipping date. Items received after the 20 days are eligible for refusal and sent back to you. (Some exceptions may apply: Contact with us is vital in all return transactions.)
If your packages are delivered damaged, it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the damaged package make sure it is noted with the carrier that the package was damaged for future records. This is the only way we will be able to file a claim in the event that the actual item itself is damaged as well.
When you receive an RA# from our claims department (usually via email) for a returning item, please clearly write the RA# on the outside of the package on or next to your return label. Any packages returned without an authorized RA# on it will be refused and sent back to the sender.
Refunds will be issued within 20 days of receipt of returned item. Understand that the restocking fee may apply to the returns and is a charge of 10% of the product price.

In contacting OWAAP, the information provided can be collected and used to help improve our services and site. By contacting us you are granting us permission to collect and use the information provided in any way the site sees fit.
Your personal information, as previously stated, will not be shared, sold or rented to 3rd parties. The use of any information will be used for this site and its affiliates only. (owwapinc.com, owaap.com, etc.)
Order Cancellations
Any cancellations of an order must be done within 12-24 hours of order placed. Contact via email within the 12-24 hours and the cancellation process will begin. Include your order # in the contents of the email. Once the cancellation of the order is complete you will receive an email confirming the cancellation.
Modifications & Revisions
OWAAP reserves the right to at any time revise or change the contents of this site and any policies pertaining to the site and its contents. If for some reason there is a major change being made of great significance an automated email will be issued to all of our registered users.
