UPS Ground and Air Services: Our USPS shipping charges are based on the USPS published shipping rates available on line at www.usps.com and UPS rates are calculated on order total.

Military APO’S & Other Armed Forces Destinations are Welcome . Select USPS Priority shipping, and expect a 5-10 day delivery time. Shipment Tracking is not available. Next Day (Express) is not available to Armed Forces destinations.
Cut-off time for All shipments including UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS 3 Day Select is 3pm EST.
Shipments Refused & Returned International or domestic, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, plus any applicable shipping costs. This does not apply to authorized returns.
Lost Shipments: UPS will settle a lost claim usually within 10 business days. We have found UPS an excellent shipper to deal with. They handle lost or stolen shipments expeditiously. THEKNIFEGUYONLINE.COM cannot replace a UPS shipment until this investigation period is complete.
USPS Priority Mail, Express, & USPS Priority Mail & Express shipments are not considered lost by our postal service until thirty days from mailing. The procedure for filing a lost claim for these shipments is: Notify THEKNIFEGUYONLINE.COM after two weeks of your shipment mailing. We will contact our local post office to determine if any information can be obtained about your shipment. If you still have not received your shipment at thirty days theknifeguyonline will file a lost claim and paperwork will be sent to you to sign. Once we have the completed signed claim form we can refund or re-ship your order.

We stock most products on our site. If a product that you order is not in stock we will notify you. We make every effort to process orders and ship within 24 hours. High volume periods such as Christmas and Father’s Day may have a delayed turn -over. The best way to ensure delivery for any shipment by a particular date is to use a guaranteed service such as UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3-Day Air. Order early and call or email us for specific requests. Occasionally, an item is out of stock. If an item cannot be shipped within seven (7) days of the date the order was placed; THEKNIFEGUYONLINE.COM will notify the purchaser via e-mail of the delay. The purchaser will be asked if they wish to change, cancel or leave the order as is. No one is charged until the item is shipped. Items markedAccepting Backorders will ship on a first come basis. Shipping times will vary, if we have information regarding delivery times of back ordered items, we will post it to the product page.
Florida State shipments will be charged applicable Sales 7.5 % Tax. All other stateswill not be charged any sales tax.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION is our main concern. You may return unused items in original packageing within 30 days of receipt for a refund (excluding shipping charges). A 15% percent restocking fee will be apllicable. Custom, collector, and limited edition products are subject to a three day approval. You must first call or e-mail to receive a return authorization before returning any merchandise. Merchandise returned to Theknifeguyonline for credit must be in new (not used) condition. Items that are returned with obvious wear marks, scratches, dulled blades, missing paperwork, or original box will be sent back to the customer and no credit will be issued. If you are not satisfied with the performance of a particular product, you must return it directly to the manufacturer for possible replacement or refund.
