When will my package ship?

If you pay via PayPal, your package will be mailed by the end of the next business day. If you pay by check or money order, as soon as your payment has been received, your package will be shipped by the next business day.

Can I track my package?

Almost all our domestic packages are shipped with a delivery confirmation number and you should receive an email advising you of that number. You may be able to access information regarding your package by visiting www.usps.com and entering the number in the "Track and Confirm" box. This is not a tracking number and often the package is not scanned until it arrives at its destination. But you can rest assured that we mail packages by the end of the next business day after receipt of payment.

Packages shipping to countries outside the U.S. can rarely be tracked.

When will my package arrive?

Please note: Delivery within the U.S. by a particular date cannot be guaranteed unless shipped by Express Mail. Express Mail is the only shipping service for which the USPS guarantees delivery to U.S. locations by the second day after shipment. The cost is dependent upon the weight of the package. If you need your costume or accessory by a particular date, you may wish to upgrade the shipping method. If so, please e-mail us and we will let you know the cost.

Due to postal and customs delays, we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date to countries outside the U.S.

USPS published delivery times for shipments within the U.S. are:

  • Priority Mail: 2-3 days
  • First Class Mail, Parcel Post, Media Mail: 2-9 days

However, these are only estimates. Parcel Post and Media Mail can take 2-3 weeks to arrive, especially if you are west of the Mississippi. Although it is rare, we have even seen an occasional Priority Mail package take a month to arrive.

What if my Express Mail package does not arrive by the second day after shipment?

Express Mail service is not perfect. Should the USPS fail to make an attempt to deliver your Express Mail package by the second business day after shipment, you will receive a refund of the Express Mail charges and you may either keep your item or refuse the package and receive a full refund. If no one is available at your home to accept delivery when a delivery attempt is made within the specified time period (second day after shipment), no postage refund is issued.

What if my package does not arrive, my item is damaged or there is some other problem?

Please contact us regarding any problems by clicking "Contact" on the toolbar above. We always work with our customers to find a mutually agreeable resolution to any issue. Each situation is handled on an individual basis. In general, if your item is lost or damaged in transit and your package is insured, we will file a claim and compensate you for the loss. Claims for lost packages cannot be filed until 30 days after shipment.

Can you get a costume or accessory for me that is not shown on your web site?

Maybe! We would be more than happy to try! Please click on "Special Orders" in the toolbar above for more information.

Can I reach you by phone?

While we love to hear from our customers, we are not equipped to handle inquiries or purchases via phone. We do not have staff available on a regular basis to answer phone inquiries. We spend much of our time at the computer and/or packing items for shipment. We usually respond to any email inquiries within a few hours, and often within a few minutes.
