Rubies only sells wholesale and will not sell to consumers directly. But if you want a particular costume or accessory, you can still order it through us, providing you agree to the price and expected delivery date.

• Special order items must be paid for in full at the time of order placement.
• Special order items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
• If a special order item does not arrive within the expected timeframe, you will receive a full refund.
