Shipping Fees:

Shipping fees are available as you proceed through checkout. We charge actual USPS shipping fees based on package weight and destination zip code, plus a small handling fee.

It is highly recommended that you purchase insurance against loss or damage.

Shipping Timeframes:

Shipping within the United States:

Parcel Post, if offered, is less costly than Priority Mail, but can take two weeks or more to arrive at its destination, especially if that destination is west of the Mississippi.

Priority Mail is supposed to take 2-3 days for delivery, but can take longer.

Express Mail is the only shipment method in which the USPS will guarantee delivery by a certain date. From our rural Virginia area, delivery is guaranteed within two days, not one. In some cases, it may take 3 days.

Shipping to All Other Countries:

Below are estimates of delivery times provided by the US Post Office. Actual delivery may vary due to postal and/or customs delays.

First Class Internation no specific timeframe for delivery is available. These packages are put on the planes as room is available.

Priority Mail International takes 6-10 days.

Express Mail International takes 3-5 days.

Your country may charge tax or duty upon delivery of your package. Payment of these fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot falsify customs forms.

Returns:

Items may be returned for refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt as long as they are in new, unused condition and are in original packaging. Items returned that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Wigs may not be returned due to sanitary concerns.

Shipping/handling/insurance charges are not refundable.
