Shipping charges on all US orders will be calculated automatically at the time of order checkout. Calculations are based on US Priority mail rates.

All international orders will be billed for air mail shipping according to the US International postal mailing rates.

New York State residents are subject to 8% sales tax.

We accept payments in the of Visa, Mastercard, Pay Pal, and Money Orders. We also accept personal checks from regular customers.

Pre-ordered items are final orders and may not be cancelled. We won’t bill any charge cards on pre-orders until the item is ready to ship. Orders that contain pre-orders will not be shipped until all items are in stock. Please do not include in stock merchandise with pre-orders on the same order if you can not wait for all items to be in stock.

Due to the incredible fluctuations in the collectible plush market, we can not guarantee that prices will not go up or down on a daily basis. All orders are final orders and may not be returned due to price fluctuations.
