Texas Armadillo family made of terracotta style ceramic clay.

The set consists of  3 armadillos, 1 adult and 2 young babies.  The armadillos are made of rustic red terra cotta color ceramic clay, they are kiln fired.   They are for ornamental purposes only - they can be used indoors as home decor or outdoors for garden or patio accents.  The armadillos are made here in Texas by Texas Hill Country Ceramics. 

• The adult armadillo is 8 1/2" long from the end of his nose to the tip of his tail.  He is approximately 3 1/4" tall at the tallest point, the body is 9" in circumference.  The armadillo’s head is turned a bit looking to one side. 
• The standing armadillo is 3 1/2" tall at the tallest point, 4 1/2" from nose to tail.  His body is approximately 5 1/4" in circumference.
• The 3rd armadillo is also a baby and it has burrowed down into the ground so only the back end of him is showing.  It measures approximately 4 1/2" long, it is 5" in circumference.  This baby does not have a head it is only the body.
