The chili pepper cluster nightlight plugs into a wall socket. The peppers are ceramic, it is cast from a ceramic mold with clay slip,  The night lite measures 1 3/4" wide X  4 1/2" tall. The nightlight has an on/off rocker switch and a 4 watt bulb is included.
